Refund Policy

We stand behind the Well Root™ Heated Hand Massager with a 90-day money-back guarantee. You have 90 days after your item is delivered to request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible, your item should be in reasonable condition with its original packaging where possible. To start a return, email ezdanbinatik@gmail.com with your order number and we will send return instructions and the return address.

Damaged or wrong items: inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we will make it right.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
